HANDMADE
The work is created with care and looking to add beauty to your space, however the handmade nature of the work does not adhere to ideals of perfection and uniformity found in a factory setting. On the contrary, it's imperfect, and that's what makes it real and unique. With this in mind, expect slight differences and irregularities within the finish and embrace them as part of the beauty and inherent concept of our work. Each piece is individually handmade, therefore your order may differ from the sample provided either by images shown in the web page or other similar samples.

SHIPPING
​In-stock items will be shipped to you within two business days but may take 5-7 days to arrive; however, some of our work is made especially for you and will require 6-8 weeks to be made and shipped. Please feel free to add a “note to seller” as you check out to ask any questions, include a message to a recipient if any of the items you purchased is a gift or request a time-frame for delivery. I'll do my best to accommodate your request, and will give you the most accurate time frame estimate I can provide. If your purchase is time sensitive, please contact us before you place your order and we can let you know if the work you are interested in purchasing is in-stock, and if not, how long it would take to be made and shipped.
Pots & Patterns shipping rate is a flat rate of $4.99 within the Continental United States. We ship via USPS.
No International Shipping is available at this point.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept refunds, returns for exchange or store credit within 5 days of receipt of goods. If your item is made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The items to be returned should be unused and in the original packaging.To initiate a return for refund, exchange or store credit, please contact us within 5 days of the purchase, and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your transaction and your experience with Pots & Patterns. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returns and responsible for the safe arrival of the returned goods.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If your purchase arrives with any cracks or broken pieces (“Damaged”), please contact us within five (5) days of arrival of Damaged goods to begin the replacement process. To comply with insurance procedures, please forward documentation of the packaging as well as the Damaged item(s) by taking photos and emailing them to potsnpatterns@gmail.com. Damaged goods will be replaced with new goods and new turnaround times will be provided. Pots & Patterns will not accept any Damaged goods if not contacted within five (5) days of delivery receipt. You understand that should you not comply with the terms pursuant to this section, you will not be entitled to a refund or any replacement goods.
CARE
Our work is strong and durable and can be microwaved, cleaned in the dishwasher and is waterproof.
